Our Mission Statement

We are a community of women, at stake for the success of one another, willing to be salt and light, sharpening one another, supporting, encouraging growth, independence and security.

To provide an atmosphere where courage reigns instead of fear, where ideas flow instead of trepidation, where creativity and passion replace apprehension and despair.

The Winners circle is a resource for those women who desire to challenge themselves, stretch beyond their comfort zone, and are committed to intentional life changes, which can bring about renewal and personal confidence.

What is WINNERS

An interactive support group based forum that fosters open and honest discussion of issues and concerns facing today's women. We are a community of women designed to help encourage one another and provide a gateway of opportunity through information, stimulating conversation, networking ideas, and resources.

In WINNERS, our goals are multiple. We consider a wide scope of data and topics chosen by participants. We have the opportunity to assess our lives, and maximize our talents and abilities. Through exposure to one another, listening and sharing knowledge, we increase our own faculties and effectiveness, as well as, open doors of opportunity and creativity. Building skills, and living life with intention, strengthens our fortitude and helps us learn to value and prioritize the most important things in life. We strive to experience personal transformation with healthy thinking, setting and achieving desired goals, and learning to live from our declared future.

In WINNERS, we learn to play off our strengths, not weaknesses. Life experiences can prove to be a valuable motivator. Since we are all in different places on life's journey, we have something to offer each other at each right of passage. We help each other find significance, and prod one another to go outside our comfort zones to recognize our personal worth and value. Our hope is to learn to recognize our power, potential and purpose. This builds courage, lowers failure rates, gives us clarity in decision- making, and reduces confusion. Inside of each of us is a storehouse of creativity and talent. Proper application and placement of these gifts is our fingerprint to living a healthier and more productive life as a "Winner!"

Why Winners

Truth and change most often come in an atmosphere of community. Isolation reduces opportunity and relationship and transformation always involve vulnerability and risk.
